IT TECH SUPPORT CONSULTANT TIER I

Position Available

Primary Responsibilities: ​

  • Receive customer trouble calls, manage tickets, determine critical level of the situation and enter customer problem information on the system.

  • Follow up and perform level 1 customer support procedures.

  • Provide detailed situation report for unsolved tickets and escalate to Level 2 or 3 Support if necessary.

  • Monitor customer alarms from the Networks Monitoring System when is necessary.

  • Perform preventive maintenance for customers when necessary.

  • Configures components and associated services.

  • Sets up and maintains equipment operations.

  • Responds to needs and questions of customers concerning their equipments. 

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Networking

-One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

-Network +  or  A+ Preferably
